Jon Rappa grew up in High Springs, Florida, and first came to FBC Alachua during his junior year of high school, where he began attending youth group. Having grown up with little exposure to church or the Christian faith, Jon’s life was transformed through the discipleship of the church staff at FBCA and his involvement in the Greenhouse Church college ministry. In that season, he came to faith in Christ and developed a passion for ministry. He joined the FBC Alachua staff in 2022 and now serves with a heart to help others grow spiritually. Jon holds an AA in Religious Studies from Santa Fe College and a BS in Christian Leadership from Liberty University,.

Born in Davenport, Florida, raised in Alachua from the age of 3, and a graduate from SFHS, Sandra has been faithfully serving in ministry since joining the staff at FBCA in 1992. She gave her heart and life to Jesus Christ in January 1970 and has been walking with Him ever since. Her greatest joy comes from serving the Lord and His people, and she considers the FBCA community her family.

Lisa Erickson was born and raised in Alachua, Florida, and has been part of FBC Alachua since she was five years old. After joining the staff in 2021, she brought with her years of experience as a nanny, hospital newborn photographer, hearing technician, and nursery coordinator. With deep family roots in the church, Lisa has a passion for caring for children and showing them God’s love.
